Strength in Structure.
When I think of the most successful projects our company has had the honor to be a part of the past 15+ years, I see a common theme: a business with a vision, a limited road map on how to get there, and the need for a partner that can build the structure required to get them to the promised land.
The challenge is always unique, and therefore, so is the solution. We succeed at building that structure because it has become such a part of our agency’s DNA.
This all began in 2018 when we learned about EOS. I was looking for a business coach and heard from clients and partners about this process based on a book called Traction. I called up EOS Worldwide and asked to speak to someone more about it. They sent a man named Mike Abercrombie to our office in the Arts District of Los Angeles.
He came in and delivered the single best sales pitch I’ve ever seen. It was organized but not robotic. He was a teacher at heart and the desire to educate was far more evident than to sell. He asked questions, let us ask questions, and after an hour and a half, David and I gave each other the “this sounds amazing, I hope to god we can afford it” look. I wish all of my sales pitches ended with all the stakeholders making that same face.
We adopted EOS in the fall of 2018 for our leadership team. By spring of 2019, we had each department of our company running on it. Every area of the business was tightening up, goals were being hit, and customers were more satisfied than ever before.
With the help of Mike and EOS, ATAK found Strength in Structure.
Since then, we have expanded that sentiment to all of our service lines and the customer experience. We have invested in the development of software rooted in better structure. We’ve grown our team, expanded our client base, and achieved more positive results.
The new ATAK lets everyone in on what that structure looks like. Each of our service lines showcases a proven process that helps our clients go from vision to reality. Check out each of these below:
Our client management process is structured. We’ve showcased the Four Pillars of Successful Client/Agency relationships that we push every team member to abide by.
