The color of this business card immediately popped and caught my eye. Even though I am not 100% sure what Lipsync is or does, I am intrigued to learn more just by their business card alone. The square shape with round edges also makes it modern and easy to store in your wallet.
This picture speaks volumes and can be viewed as somewhat intimidating. But what a great way to grab your attention and portray your business without using much verbiage. Immediately tattoo parlor came to mind, and that is exactly what it is. Perdomo Designs did a fantastic job in capturing the essence of its brand. This business card showcases the fun and edgy side of the brand. The only contact information available is a phone number and website. I think in this case that's all a tattoo parlor would need.
There's nothing I love more than clean and simple designs. Straight to the point with bold colors makes for a memorable business card. Our client, Locale90 hits the spot (both in design and their food). The boxy shape feels masculine and reminds me of a piece of cardboard you'd rip off your pizza box. The back of the card has all the relevant contact information needed, as well as a cell phone number and address. I love the personal touch of this business card. Psst! Show me the money! This is by far my favorite for the sole reason of it being fun and engaging. You can't forget this and you won't want to. This business card by far is the smallest and simplest card I've ever seen. We picked this card for the sole reason of it being different and unique. Jim Pollock Photography keeps it simple in terms of design and information. The back of the card has a risque photo that we chose not to showcase but speaks to their brand in terms of photography skills.
How creative is How Creative?! You can see how beautiful this card is but it also feels good to the touch. There is a nice texture to the back of the card that makes it easy to grip and forces you to keep in hand. We think this card stands out for its size, color scheme, and feel. It's a perfect 10 in terms of creativity.
Beate Chelette's business card is simple but with a twist. We decided to photograph the back to show you how she incorporated an engagement piece to her business card. She asks you to list 3 things you want. I thought this was a good way to get people thinking and talking. That's the whole point of networking, right? Being the speaker, author, and trainer that she is, this works well with her brand.
The one-liner on this card immediately caught my eye: "for well-dressed men." Even though I am not a man, I work with many and can appreciate the simplicity. I also love how Rich Freshman included a link to his Instagram. This shows that he is fashion-forward, young, and hip. Or at least appealing to that demographic. The Sadie Lounge is a great spot in Hollywood. I was a bit surprised to see how great of a business card they had as well. The quality of the paper is top notch. The white on white with a hint of purple is brilliant and appealing to both men and women. This business card makes me want to go back to Sadie. That's how impressed I was!
Looking at this business card I was a bit confused. I wasn't sure if it was a cheese making company (I love cheese) or a children's book publishing company (I love children too). But it caught my eye nonetheless. It made me want to learn more and so I did. Visiting Daisy and Blu's site, I learned that it does deal with children - it's a collection of children's luxury knits that tell a story. The business card and business itself alike are unique. Hence, why we chose it as one of our top picks.
And last but not least, Event Sorbet! This business card makes me hungry and curious. Event Sorbet is your personal event concierge site. Their tagline in the back of the card is: "choices made easy." How easy is that to remember? We love the look and feel, and again, who's hungry? Hungry to learn more about this unique brand.
